Carlos Lima

Founder / Creative Director
Carlos Eduardo Spiller De Barros Lima is a Brazilian-born Photographer and Creative Director. With bold splashes of colors, elementary use of shape, and offbeat execution, Carlos has crafted his signature playful and engaging style. He Cut his teeth assisting many different photographers around the world on big budget sets for major companies. This is where Carlos really honed in on his craft, developing his stunning use of light and color, and paving the way for future endeavors. He has shot for Vans, Wendy's, and Garmin in addition to his work photographing major label bands and artists.

Since the formation of Neeshh® in Spring of 2021, Carlos has begun shooting motion. Including a cooking show for award-winning chef Vaughan Good and multiple music videos for Ryan James Carr.

Jesse Chesley

Founder / Creative Director
Jesse (or Jerry) is a creative director and graphic artist specializing in brand identity and merchandising. He got his start designing merch, album art, and gig posters for friends, and never stopped. Jesse was hired on as the first employee of Kansas City sportswear giant Charlie Hustle in the fall of 2014. During his 5 year run as creative director, Jesse helped lead large campaigns for the Chiefs, Royals, and Sporting KC as well as charitable campaigns for Susan G. Komen, the American Heart Association, and Big Slick.

Since venturing out on his own in 2019, Jesse has continued to develop his unique style, drawing from timeless design and paper ephemera. Using playful typography and hand-illustrated doodles.
